If you are unable to login to your profile, please reset your password by following these steps:
Go to the Pro5 website.

I have not received the password reset link. What do I do?

What information should I update?
Please make sure the following sections on your profile are complete before hitting the "Submit Profile" button:

Experience: This should include your relevant work and project/s.
For talents not affiliated with a staffing agency, kindly ensure you update your all-in monthly rate in USD as well.*

Is this position for Pro5 or for third party clients?
Pro5 is a remote staffing platform and these positions are for our clients unless otherwise specified.
Can I apply for two positions/profiles?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions/profiles as long as you meet the respective job descriptions and requirements.

How do I do an internet speed test? / How can I check my internet speed?
First, click on the “Check” button for “Internet speed test”.
Next, the speed of your internet will be tested. A minimum speed of 1.5 Mbps is required to pass the speed test and take the test smoothly. If your Internet speed is above 1.5 Mbps, it will show that you have passed the check.

How can I share my entire screen?
For MAC:
Go to the Apple Menu > System Preferences > Sharing >tick the box next toScreen Sharing
For Others:
First, click the “Check” button in the “Allow screen share” section.
Next, a popup should show. Select the Entire Screen tab and then click “Share”. Please DO NOT just share a single tab or window otherwise it will not pass the check.
Once the screen is shared correctly, it will show that you have passed the check.
How many questions should I expect during the assessment?
On average, assessments consist of about 25 to 30 questions, mostly multiple-choice and one free-text question. The exact number may vary depending on the specific role.
Can I use my own IDE for the coding questions?
Yes, you are encouraged to use your own IDE for the coding questions.
Can I use mobile device to take the test?
No, our assessments require candidates to either use a desktop or laptop. Mobile devices are not compatible for taking the test.
Can I pause the test and come back to it after?
No, the test cannot be paused. Ensure you are fully prepared before starting.
How much time is allocated for the test?
It is recommended to allocate 1 hour for the test. The duration may vary slightly depending on the specific role, but most tests typically take about that amount of time to complete.
What is the passing score?
The passing score is 60%.
The online assessment had questions beyond my skillset. Did I get the wrong set of questions?
The assessment is designed to match the client's requirements and may cover a range of skills. For instance, Flutter, while considered a Front-End role, will have Flutter-specific questions.
Please ensure you attempt the assessment based on the skills specified in the job description.
When will I receive my test results?
You should receive your test results via email within 15-20 minutes. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
I lost connectivity due to a power failure during the test. What should I do?
If your test was affected by the power failure, contact your account manager to request a retake.

Can I pause the virtual interview and come back to it after?
Yes, you can pause the virtual interview and come back to it later.
I submitted my interview a week ago but haven't heard back. What should I do?
After completing the interview, update your profile in your Talent Dashboard, including your background, professional summary, work, latest projects, and monthly rate. Also, check your inbox for a post-interview email from us.
READY FOR MATCHING
When will I have a face to face interview with a client?
Once you are a vetted candidate on the platform, you will be eligible to be matched to numerous clients. However, we are not able to give a definite timeline for this as this decision ultimately lies with the client and no longer with Pro5.
Our best suggestion would be to make your monthly pricing as competitive as possible.
Should you no longer be available to take on a contract, we appreciate it if you notify us of the change in your status.
Can I adjust my set monthly rate?
Yes, you can adjust your monthly rate in your Pro5 profile before being shortlisted by clients. We recommend specifying your most competitive rate in USD beforehand to increase your chances of getting matched and invited for interviews. Payment can be received in your own currency, but we use USD on the platform for consistency.

There are 3 main reasons why your status can be marked as closed:
You failed the test.
You failed the interview.
You didn't take the test/interview on time and the link has expired.
