- Degree/Graduate Diploma preferably in HR Management, Social Science, or Psychology.
- Minimally 8 years of directly relevant experience handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
- Excellent people skills, active listening, strong communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and related legislation.
- High sense of integrity and objectivity in decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Team player with good business partnering sense.
