Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and support employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare HR reports.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or similar HR role in a mid-sized or large organization involved in FMCG business.
- Experience in handling full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.
- Hands-on experience with HR management software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Additional Certifications: Certification in Human Resource Management will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws and regulations.
