Knowledge and Experience:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
- Experience with cloud based accounting software (Xero, MYOB, Dynamics 365 etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional administration skills, strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft 365 applications including Excel Teams, etc.
Education:
- Tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in a related discipline or extensive and relevant experience and skills to undertake the position
People:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences
- A warm, collaborative, and consultative style
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Personable and professional, able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the business
- Flexibility and willingness to identify and communicate potential process improvements in a collaborative way
Other:
- Experience in retail, healthcare, or community pharmacy desirable
